For property transaction, it is a matter of mutual agreement between the buyer and the seller. So, a notification via the representing solicitor has to be made to the other party for such intention. The seller has to check for the delivery of the property and the buyer has to check for the funding arrangement, including the timing of the mortgage by bank.

So, you better consult your lawyer for this arrangement of early completion of this property transaction.

你要先經地產代理跟對方提出, 如對方亦同意的話, 你才通知律師出信給對方律師, 要得到對方律師書面上回覆ok, 才可提早成交
因不知你要買方還是賣方, 如你是買方, 切記一定要得銀行批了才提出, 否則提早了但按揭趕不及, 那便害相關人仕白費功夫....
