Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Public Relations - Top-up Degree Programmes Leading to PolyU SPEED Awards這個比較好，因是local degree和在政府資歷名冊有登記
其餘那個是oversea degree，政府不認可，除非過到hkcaavq評審政府才認可
