isn't it easy? in equilibrium, concentrations of all species in the system should be constant.
see the equation, you have hydronium ion.
how to measure the concentration of hydronium ion? look at your pH meter. use it in regular time intervals, eg, 5 - 10 - 15 minutes.

probably no.
we want to know the exact pH value, such that even the little changes in pH are observed.
the color range of pH paper is just too broad, rendering it almost useless in comparing pH in such applications.

Can we use pH paper instead if there is no pH meter, or other ways else?
