First of all, I don't really catch the exact meaning by "express information". Here is my suggestion (based on my guess of what you were thinking)

Dear Susan,

We can send you the finalized sample Vortez and Stay Tuned with the label tag provided that you give us the corresponding requirements in advance.
Also, we would proceed with sample shippment upon the receipt of the payment for the sample.
