租左工業大廈唔知係咪犯法...請各位專人解答問題 ><

本人前幾日租左一間工業大廈入面的套房

個業住帶我睇樓個陣話呢坐大廈係工業住宅兩用的

本人就簽左一年死約一年生約

點知尋日係朋友口中得知住工業大廈係犯法的

本人唔知係犯法的行為黎.....

個業住由帶我去睇樓到簽約都無講俾我知....

入住之後間屋好多問題,廁所失左個業主仲想懶係我整失

搵師博整左之後原來話出面失左好耐

好多本身有的設備俾上一個租客整爛左又無同我地講

又無補返俾我地,全部係我自己發現的..仲要係後樓梯見到D殘骸

本人唔想租D犯法的樓R!!!好無保障!!!

但又有按金係佢手上....仲有合約寫明一年內走就要賠足一年租

俾人呃左咁....我可以點做R><

我只係想囉返D按金走JA~Please Help Me><

工業大廈做住宅梗係犯法,改為住宅用地,業主要補地價架!而且政府不輕易批!

呢D係租樓前冇做功課,及貪平之過!租1年退租!

或去土地審裁處告佢,但用左既錢可能多過租金!

土地審裁處,油麻地加士居道近彌敦道!

Are you leasing this through property agent? If yeah, tell the agents or sue the agents for the damage ( compensation). If you are direct dealing with property owners or representative, you have to discuss direct with him/her--- that is ''by your own"

It is very risky by living in Industrial building not only the legal offence issue. Fire is the big hazard, you never know what the other units are storing,,,,probably high imflammable materials....
