[(a - 2) + (1 - 3b)]/2 = 6...(1)[(2a + 3) + (2b + 1)]/2 = 3...(2)
Then
a - 3b - 1 = 12...(3)
2a + 2b + 4 = 6...(4)
Then
a - 3b = 13...(3)
a + b = 1...(4)
Solve it, a = 4, b = -3
