ScanMaker 4800 is not supported on Windows 7. All you can do is to install the Widnows XP version, and set the compatibility mode to Windows XP to see if it works. XP driver can be downloaded from:ftp://microtek:[email protected]/microtek/pcfiles/drv_sw5_v6_30_ad.exe
