可5可以tell me能否扭轉現公私營醫療系統失衡情況?
特區政府上月推出醫療改革第二階段諮詢文件，建議撥款五百億元作誘因，鼓勵公眾參與私人醫療保險計劃，私家醫院、關注團體對此文件有何意見？社會不同群組又有否興趣參加？thx a lot~thz is reli important 4 my project

Yes, this can gradually overcome the existing public hospitalization problem and also good for the differnt class of community.

The local ppl will be encouraged or educated to support their own hospital expenditure. The government budget pool on hospitalization would be lesser and hope that can be improve the quanlity of hospital services and the quantity of workload.

The illness can have more choice to purchase their inpatient or outpatient needs. This can create more competitive environment for the insurance company to the society, e.g. to reduce premium and increase the range of coverage, then the patient (insured) can enjory more benefits than right now.
