Please let me using English to answer your inquiries as follows:
This new course is not counted as one X. It is only regarded as one Applied Learning course with "Pass" / "Fail". In other words no exact grading would be offered.
The Career Guidance Teachers do not recommend the students of high calibres to apply these courses because
1) they have little use for the future university programme since it is not an X and the universities so far do not pay much attention on these Applied Learning courses,
2) their absence of grading makes it difficult to judge your actual knowledge acquired. The universities would simply opt not to consider them instead to avoid intaking wrong students,
3) these courses require course attendance in Saturday which consumes you half day more on lessons, which may harm your active participation in OLE activities.
Hence, you must reconsider whether it is good to take this new course with its quality unknown, its content unknown, its autonomy unknown, .... many unknowns.
