How long when the PlayStation 3 will get the YLOD?

Really, the only version that gets the ghost is the old fats. The time varies, and usually is a result of overheating. Regardless of how well you treat your fat, it will YLOD eventually. If you keep a fan on it, and I mean flip it vertical and fan the bottom, you won't get the ghost for at least 1000 hours of play (I think I got way more before my first, 10 days on MW2, three playthroughs on fallout 3, three or four playthoroughs of oblivion, three or four playthroughs of AC1 and God knows how many horus on other misc. games.) BUT you never know with the shitty stock internal fans. To truly prevent it, you should install a better internal fan, but taking it apart will likely give it the ghost anyways, so its not recommended.
