How do you "right click" and "left click" the "mouse" on a netbook? How do you drag things across the screen?

I bought my very first netbook yesterday. It came with absolutely no instructions except a brief description to install the battery and to turn it on. I can move the arrow by sliding my finger on the rectangle at the bottom of the keyboard and not much else.
