2-3年內經常半年返美一次....每次約逗留8-10天
最近一次入境被警告逗留時間太短
下次入境必須要有回美證
否則可能沒收綠卡
如媽媽現在申請,有機被拒嗎?

1. I assume that your mother has never applied for one. I don't see the point why she will be denied (only people who applied so often may face such result).2. Yes - Re-entry permit is not a safeguard or insurance for not to lose your residency. If CBP determines that you do not have the intention to remain as a Permanent Resident, CBP can still confiscate the card and refer the case to Executive Office of Immigration Review for determination.

the customs officer just in a bad mood that day. they try to scary her and make your mom do the right way.
customs office has no power to confiscate green card, but the immigration court does. so, better tell your mom go get the premit.
