Apology letter for unable to attend the interview.

因為之前睇Job duties 時唔清潔, Sd 錯左封application letter 去.
依家個HR GM 叫我去interview, 我先發覺個工種唔岩我,
想SD返封letter 話我去唔到. 唔想影響印象,因為我有Apply 依間公司其他工

有冇人可以比少少意見?

Write him a letter of regret for not attending the interview and give out your reason on it.

Dear Sir,

Job position xxxxxxx

Thank you for giving me an opportunity of having an interview on 22/22/2011 on the above job position I applied for.

Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that I could not come for the interview. I had misunderstood the job duties as required by your company and I found that I am not a sutiable person to fill up the vacancy. Please accept my apology.
