What can you do today?正確，是問你「你今天可以做甚麼？」

What you can do today is...這句不是問題，而一句statement。例如另外亦會講為
This is what you can do today.
當中的what=the thing (可能前文已經講了這what是甚麼)。
這句的意思是「你今天可以做是就是這些。」

這種寫/講法對於what, why, who等都一樣的。

'What can you do today ?' is a CORRECT question (問題)

'What you can do today ?' can also be a question, DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION.

Example:

Little boy : "Mommy, mommy, what can I do today?"

Mommy: " What you can do today ? What you can do today is cleaning up your room! "

Here, the mother began by simply repeating the son's original question.

Remember in English, any statement ( 聲明) can be turned into a question by raising the intonation at the end of the sentence.

I am a good student? 問題
