The software itself has no problem, but the users are criminals for sure if the films concerned are copyright reserved, say the TV series or the films watched in cinema. This is exactly your case now if you really want to download it publicly.


You know, the majority of these visitors are for films transfer and most likely these films are copyright reserved. It means the corresponding upload and download has been illegal. Jailing or not is another story, but the main point is such action is illegal. Even you use another BT software it is still illegal.


To avoid being sentenced for jail, do not use it to download illegal / copyright reserved films to watch and share with others using BT technology again. And that means, please do not download such films if possible. Why not simply buy / borrow a DVD to watch at home with limited cost but comfortably?
