"事情是這樣的..."有好多種講法:

1) This is what happened... 接著描述件事

2)It is just like this... 接著描述件事

3)It appears/seems that, or it looks like... 看來件事係...

4)如果只是回應 "是這樣的", 可以講 "I see ."
