B: Another hour. (簡易回答方式)
或

B: It will take another hour. 指還要''再''一個小時才會到達目的地 (從半途到目的地的時間)

禮貌一點的講法：
Excuse me. Can you please tell me how long it (still) takes before we get to Taipei?

其中 get to 可以用 arrive in 來代替。
加上 still 為加強「還要」的語氣。
