second interview question?

I just interviewed over the phone with a big company. the first interview was with the senior recruiter and as soon as that interview was done I was scheduled a interview with the hiring manager.

I feel that I used up the best questions for her.

can I use some of the same questions and what would be some good ones to ask when I interview a second time.

also I will be interviewing one more time if that goes well, so I am wondering what to save for the face to face interview if the second one goes well.

I recently went through this. when asked if I have any questions, I told the 2nd interviewer how I had thoroughly researched the company on my own, and asked the 1st interviewer the questions that I couldn't get from third party sources. I told him the 1st interviewer did a good job of explaining these to me.

If you haven't yet asked about culture, it's a great way to go. You can read about a company on web sites, but what does it FEEL like to work there? Is is cooperative, or competitive? Do they encourage charitable donations and volunteerism? Is it hierarchical/top-down, or do they encourage and empower all employees to innovate?
