立即性負荷:於48小時內－在植入植體 48 小時內，就給予暫時性的假牙修復，而且有咬合接觸。早期負荷:於3周之內－在患者的條件上，要有良好的骨質及骨量，且沒有全身性疾病，在手術的考量上，則要有良好的初期穩定度，並且對組織的傷害盡可能減到最小。在植體的選擇方面，建議以螺紋型的人工牙根，長度大於 10 毫米且有粗糙的植體表面為佳。延遲性負荷:於齒槽骨重新塑形後－This procedure is usually carried in two and sometime threesurgical periods. During the first surgical act, the implant is placed in the boneright below the gum and should be left resting there during 3 to 4 months forbone-integration.We must add another drawback to this procedure which is the factthat during this waiting period a temporary próthesis is required due to anobvious aestheric purpose.During the second surgical act, we do a small incision in thegum and connect the healing caps on the implant, the gum heals around the caps.After this period of 3 to 4 weeks is over, the prosthetic abutment is thenconnected and the definitive prótesis preparation begins.Finally and alter serveral required visits to the dentist thedefinitive prosthesis is then installed.
