1) I see 是因為你正在講話 所以用現在式 表現在明白了
印象中 好像用 I got it 為多喔
2)
could should would might 都是過去式 但一般不是表過去的意思 而是客氣用法
比如說:
could you help me?
should I do this?
might I help you?
would you do me a faver?

but I have never heard of ''I saw'' being used in this situation by any English
people.
