For the past four years, I have been the leader in group projects, feature program and reporting. My key role is to arrange meetings, coordinate members to reduce conflicts, organize the content materials and proof-read the final report. Through this role, I have opportunities to train myself in organization skills, interpersonal relations and leadership.
