What's different between "what i can do " & "what can I do"?

What i can do is telling your abilities while what can i do is asking what your abilities are or if there is anything that this person needs help with. What can I do for her is asking what needs to be done because you don't know. Do you know what i can do for her shows that you already know what you can do for her.
