The race has been finished.


1) Do not eat in full before the race. Concentrate on some healthy food which can provide Carbohydrate and Electrolytes for quick refresh.


2) Have a slight training one week before the race. Everyday you need to practice around 3 km - 5 km only. Do not consume too much energy before the race for you need to take time for resumption.


3) Half marathon is equivalent to half of 42.195 km, that is roughly 21.1 km ( i.e. 21,100 metres )
