1.我的上一份工作是在中華電信擔任客服人員,
負責接聽客戶服務專線，並協助客戶訴怨解決問題。

請問這樣子寫對嗎?

我想問一下~為什麼是用hobbies are 而不是hobby is ?謝謝唷~

1. My previous job was a customer service specialist for Chunghwa Telecom, duties included answering customer service hotlines, assisting customers with complaints and helping customers solve the problems.

2. My hobbies are listening to music, keeping a pet, and reading.

keep持有保有的意思
My interest listens to music, raises the pet,as well as reading.
我的興趣是聽音樂，養寵物，以及閱讀.
應該是這樣
