According to Resistor Colour Code
1st - Yellow = 4
2nd - Violet = 7
3rd - Blue = x 10^6
4th - Gold = ±5%
Answer: The resistance is 47000000 = 47 Mohm
The uncertainty is ±5% or ±2350 kohm
