[2011] Why NHS seems to have so much problem?
We often see NHS on news, what might be the main problem to NHS? How should it be improved? Or can it be improved?

Britain has over three thousand immigrants flooding over its borders EVERY WEEK. The NHS has to cope with an ever growing target on the same budget which only seems to feed the army of management. never the front line. In short, its parliaments strategy for slowly destroying the NHS. No business could cope with with a situation like that. No one seems to realise the damage that Immigration, their own parasite parliament, and the EU, is doing........Its like the British people are brain dead. very very strange. If I came into your garden and started chipping away at the foundations of your house, you'd tell me to piss off wouldn't you. But, in general, the British attitude is to just sit there and wait for someone Els to do something?
In my opinion. The bulk of money allocated for the nhs disappears in management costs.Doctors who work for the NHS also work for private practise and give priority to paying patients .Much of the equipment and money are stolen with private deals with suppliers and expenses like all government departments.
There IS too much administration. I retired from my job as a nurse manager 5 years ago. Shortly before I finished I was required to attend a "refresher" study day on the administration of intravenous drugs - some thing I had been doing for years on an almost daily basis. It became clear to me that the person supposedly doing the teaching was: 1. Out of date with clinical practise (she didn't really have a clue and probably hadn't administered drugs for years) and 2. Rushing the session because she had another appointment elsewhere. I'd known her for years. She didn't like working shifts and she hated giving 'personal care' (Wiping bottoms and keeping her charges dry and their clothes clean and, as far as was possible just being nice to them.) She was one of many such persons working for the Trust.

The main problem is the same as what we're seeing across the entire developed world.
It's incredibly expensive to keep a population healthy, even more so as it ages.
Too many chiefs and not enough indians!
[2011] Why DOES THE NHS seems to have so MANY problemS ?
Please try to learn the language .
I work for the NHS and I can tell you that it is the most incompetently run organisation I have ever seen . the main problem is there are far too many managers getting paid vast amounts of money , who have no idea what they are doing .
My department has 22 workers and 18 managers .
