Why would you say that the Phillies and the Red Sox don't have any chance? Phillies have the most potent pitching staff (four aces), and the Red Sox have a dynamite offense and an all-around good team. While we can't predict the future, if they stay healthy and perform as they have before, that's a a very likely outcome.

It is much to early to make any predictions for the World Series. The best teams on paper are the Phillies and Red Sox. But that doesn't always work out. A few injuries or players having an off year and players having career years and possably a rookie or two breaking in real big. Many times the best teams on paper at the start of spring training do not win. There are too many variables.
