Marriage Laws Question - Lawyers Plz?

Okayy... So my name is Nicole and Rachel is letting me use her acount. I am going to be 17 in late July and I'm having a problem. I wanna get marryed to my fiance for my b-day. My dad says he would do it, but we have an issue. My fiance wants to move to Florida for college shortyly after my b-day. If we get marryed here in KY while I'm 17... Will our marriage count in FL? And plz don't waste our time with any comments of (your to young, cuz it's not gonna change my mind.)

Yes It will count in any state as long as your parents signed the papers. It means you are technically adult and even if your parents disagree with you moving there is nothing they can do about it as long as you consent to go with him.

If you have a legal, valid recognized marriage between a man and woman in one state, the full faith and credit provisions of the consititution say your marriage is legal in every state.
