how much taxes taken out for ira?

i dont know how much im i going to pay on 40,000 from a ira account and and my ssi is 14k do i add ssi on top of the ira withdrawl ,will i be paying around 10k for taxes

yes i guess its social security on the form its says 13.000 benefits 2010 and i took out 40k on a ira account ,im just hoping i got enuff saved to pay the taxes ,i got 10k in the mattress

are you sure you mean SSI? $14000 sounds high for SSI
maybe SS
you don't provide enough information to respond well
your total can possibly cause some of your SS to be taxable
it will not in any way be $10000
