Any solute(liquid or solid) added to water will get in the way of the crystal structure of ice as it tries to freeze , it forms a hexagonal molecule formation in order to form ice . Solute particles get in the way of crystal structure formatiom & , thus , it takes a cooler temperature to form that structure , so the freezing point is lower than 0 degree C .

唔需要加什麼,只需要pure,deionised water, clean container, 放在一個0度清静嬛境, 就可以啦!

這experiment 是可以repeat 的, again, 你只要放pure water, 係一個0度清靜環境就可以,其實以家可樂汔水幾所買的"飛雪"可樂原理一樣,非常有趣,你只要touch 一下就會結冰....
