a^3*b^m/(a^n*b^7)=a/b^2
(a^3/a^2)*(b^m/b^7)=a/b^2
a^(3-n)*b^(m-7)=a/b^2
b^(m-5)=a^(n-2)
(a^3/a^2)*(b^m/b^7)=a/b^2
a^(3-n)*b^(m-7)=a/b^2
b^(m-5)=a^(n-2)
