electron diagram of TiCl4

As the above said, one Ti atom can covalently bond to 4 Cl atom
But I think the electron diagram should be as follow:

The different is that the diagram also show the valent electrons of the 4 Cl atoms.

Sorry, the outmost shell is 2 as it has electronic configuration of 2,8,10,2
But the oxidation state is +4.
