whaT else
whaT is .....
whaTever
geT it
iT is
honesTly
immediaTely

For the expressions above, do you aspire the "T" sound in each situation? or do you remain silent or make a "D" sound instead for some of them? Thanks.
For some of them, I hardly hear the T sound when other people talk, and is it common to replace the T sound with the D sound?

And is it the same for American and British English. Your help is deeply appreciated.

Most Americans will wrongly pronounce a T as a D eg 'communiddy' instead of 'community'. This is laziness on their part.
People will think that you speak much better English than them if you pronounce your T's properly.

In American English the T sound should be pronounced for all of the words it should not remain silent or become a D
