=[2(a+b)]^2-[3(a-b)]^2
=[2(a+b)-3(a-b)][2(a+b)+3(a-b)]
=(5b-a)(5a-b)

x^2-y^2+2x+1
=(x^2+2x+1)-y^2
=(x+1)^2-y^2
=(x+1-y)(x+1+y)

x^2-7x-198=(x-18)(x+11)

Let u=2y+3

(2y+3)^2-7(2y+3)-198
=u^2-7u-198
=(u-18)(u+11)
=(2y-15)(2y+14)
=2(y+7)(2y-15)

=(3x)^3+2^3
