香港及中國的OK便利店由利豐屬下之利亞零售有限公司及其附屬公司（統稱CRA集團）經營，於1985年在香港開設第一間OK便利店。CRA集團於香港共有303家Circle K連鎖便利店、廣州市則有57家便利店，珠海市亦有12家。OK便利店是香港第二大連鎖便利店，主要銷售食品、日用品及雜誌等貨品。有別於其主要競爭對手7-11，OK便利店香港所有分店均由利亞零售管理，而沒有任何特許經營，故分店數量也較7-11少得多，但普遍店舖面積比7-11大。
