正確應該是
I heard that your company will have another English training course in presentation skills for sales reps.

用will have因為主詞是your company一間公司將會will安排have的。
用will be going to have的意思中will是「將會」，going to是「預計/有可能」有/做的...。當中暗示一些未確定因數的。所以如果你已經知道這公司已經訂好開班時間的話，就不會用will be going to have，而用will have。這是相對肯定的將會有/發生的事情。going to一般用作表達有可能，像maybe或是在未知幾時的未來有可能發生，will 則是甚為確定將會發生。
