I would love you, = proper English

I would like you = proper English

love somebody is different from like somebody.

You may like your schoolmates, neighbours but not everybody.

You may love your parents, siblings and your very best friends.

在什麼情況下I would love you?

would(表示虛擬, 假設, 條件等)要, 將要; 會, 就會 e.g. If you are a rich man, I would love you.如果你是有錢人, 我就會愛你。
e.g. If I were younger, I would join you in the expedition to the Antarctic. 如果我年輕些, 我就會跟你們一起去南極探險。

I just want to ask what exactly are you trying to say. This is because neither of those sentences make any sense at all!

Are you trying to say 'I would love to..." e.g. I would love to go out for dinner with you" - means that the person has accepted your invitation to a dinner with excitement.

I would like to know you better - The person 'I' want to be friend with you!

Is this what you are trying to ask?
