為什麼可用2個動詞。 這到底是什麼句式結構?

They are not verbs but adjective phrases. The adjective in a group of words is called ADJECTIVE PHRASE.
1.This film, shot over several months,offers its audience a glimpse.
=This film which is shot over several months,offers its audience a glimpse.
“shot over several months” 是形容詞短語。 它修飾了名詞”Film”。



2.This robot, nicknamed Tom, has been developed by two scientists.
=This robot which is nicknamed Tom, has been developed by two scientists.“nicknamed Tom” 是形容詞短語 。 它修飾了名詞”Robot”。


3. Joe, the tallest in my class, is my best friend.
=Joe who is the tallest in my class, is my best friend.
“the tallest in my class” 是形容詞短語。 它修飾了名詞” Joe”。

嚴格來說,
這不算relative clause,

因為在relative clause入面, 使用了逗號的話, wh-words 就不能被省略,
咁依D係咩呢?

依一種叫做"插入語".
意思即係係一句完整句子入面, 用兩個逗號分成兩句, 再係中間自行加一句,
插入語 係由 relative clause演變而成, 但佢唔係relative clauseGE一種.

好似你果兩句例子咁,
你試唔睇中間果句, 將頭尾兩句連番埋一齊, 意思係咪好通順呢?
而且文法亦都無任何錯誤.

插入語係英文入面其實係扮演住一個更詳細解釋GE作用,
通常佢都係入面詳細描述逗號前SUBJECT係點樣點樣.

就用你比GE第2句做eg.

This robot,nicknamed Tom, has been developed by two scientists
這個叫Tom 的機械人是由兩個科學家開發的.

我地試下唔要中間果句

This robot has been developed by two scientists
這個機械人是由兩個科學家開發的.



句子大致意思無變到, 你只係唔知道果部野叫Tom姐,

至於動詞GE問題, 插入語係可以自行加入動詞.

"Shot" and "nicknamed" are not verbs. They are past participles. They function as adjectives in the sentences.

以上用逗號分隔的一句叫relative clause
兩句的前身是,
This film,(which) shot over several months,offers its audience a glimpse.
This robot,(who) nicknamed Tom, has been developed by two scientists.
中間用wh-是為了補充名詞的資料,
有時可以刪除,如你所說的這兩句,
所以看上去有兩個動詞,其實是主句與子句合成(即前身有兩句),所以有兩個動詞。
