Microsoft runtime error can be caused by different things. Practically, it could come from conflicts of different software applications, viruses or even memory faults in your computer.
If this message comes up repeatedly, the best way is to scan your computer with a registry cleaner since the fault lies in your registry that controls settings and different options for your (Windows') operating system.
Download this freeware called TweakNow RegCleaner 2011 at:

Procedure:
create a restore point (In case it cleans too much and creates problems, go to Safemode and roll back to the restore point that will reverse the situation)Install the freewareRun it as instructed on screen Should fix your problem now. I clean mine every couple of months, keeping my O/S in top shape. Rubbish and redundant files build up in registry after a while.
