How about two sentences is corrective above ?

You can always get healthy, if you eat an apple every day.

every day - two seperate workds.

everyday - This shirt is my everyday wear.

You can always get healthier by eating an apple every day.

That two sentences are not correct

Alternatively, you can say:

You can stay healthy if you eat an apple every day.
You can remain healthy if you eat an apple every day.

“everyday” is an adjective and “every day” is an adverbial phrase.
