會..因為tap water本身有oxygen dissolve係入面..ie.同時有H2O同O2..所以會有rusting..
如果係boiled water既話就唔會有喇:)

Rusting occurs after some period of time.
Some oxygen has been dissolved in the tap water before the coverage of the oil layer.
As there is presence of oxygen in addition of water, rusting occurs.
