我提議係HK order 2 個 USB external HD , 再寄去office. 然後定期 (每星期 / 每月)每人將 Outlook mail / file data back-up 去 this Harddisk 內. 這檬做就可以 recover 到之前 backup data. 如無問題, 我就去order and 安排寄去. 之後 contact 佢地做 backup 方法.

I would like to suggest to order 2 units of USB external HD and send them to our office. We will then update all outlook mail/file data backup to these Harddisks weekly or monthly. Consequently, we can have all data backup..
If it is acceptable, I will order the said USB HD and arrange delivery to the office. I will then advise the method of backup.
