講你知呀~ hr 係以經驗為先架! master 只係for manager 或者搏升先走去讀

你冇經驗~ 就做幾年野先 到時收你既機會大好多

但講真... 完成左個bba hrm 我唔會走去又讀個hr master lor

又咪係讀番果d 野 ...polyu 果個其實係俾非business 本科讀~ 自己係讀開business 仲係hrm tim 簡直係重疊晒

你諗下la~ 諗到就覺得hrm master 對你冇咩增加到實際知識, 只係學歷既提高咋..... 我覺得做其他野好過~ 如果你只想有個master銜頭咁就去馬la

OU畢業生, 可考那間大學的HR MASTER?小妹今年即將在ou畢業.....是HR BACHELOR DEGREE.
想接著讀埋 MASTER, 不過沒有什麼工作經驗, 只有一些PART TIME經驗,
而且GPA不是很高, 只有2.75.

請問各位, 我如果想APPLY POLY或者其他U 的HR MASTER, 會有可能嗎?
困難嗎?

From the details you provided above, I believe it is quite difficult for you to apply for PolyU's Master of Science in Management (HRM).

I finished this program a few years ago... After submitting the application to PolyU, I was invited to an interview (conducted in English for less than 30 mins). By the time I applied for the course, I had more than 1 year HR experience and I was a Bachelor Degree holder from an overseas university with a HRM major. As I studied my Bachelor Degree overseas full time, PolyU did not require me to prove my English language ability.

I remember the program coordinator told us during the orientation event before we started our study - Only 1/5 of the applicants were successful applied for the program. My classmates mostly were Bachelor Degree holders with HR experience for many years, and in HR management role. Some might have fewer HR experience but with a 'good' first degree. I heard a few classmates were graduate students without a Bachelor Degree but with very rich HR experience and already in HR management role.

For the other Master programs with HRM major offered by the major Universities in Hong Kong (I can only recall a program at Baptist University), the entry requirements are not low as well. Therefore, I suggest you to study your Master degree later. You should gain some HR experiences first.

不要太失望，以本人為例，學士GPA得2.5，重要是speed之無hon degree
但polyu一樣收我讀master，機會一定有，不要放棄

好老實講
以修課式master黎講
d大學既最低收生要求係G.P.A.2.5 (個別實用學系會更高)
但係最低收生要求同實際收生要求有好大出入
情況有D似JUPAS既學位收生要求
話就話4科合格就得，實情係無兩隻C都好勉強
而且我真係無聽過有同學仔係undergrad. G.P.A.低過3

另外，每年都會有好多OU或者樹仁既畢業生想讀埋MASTER洗底
但現實係OU或者樹仁係其他大學心目中又真係差D WO
係選都會選first hon或者second up先(當然，選其他u既畢業生都係咁)
咁既情況之下，你可唔可以話比人地知有咩原因要收你?
