我係美國讀Master Civil Engineer，有ACI Concrete Testing Certified，同Engineer in Trainning有一個在美國暑假Intern經驗，GPA有3.41，而家想回流番香港搵工，但係個個Post都要寫Expected Salary。唔想寫得太低，又唔想寫太高比人覺得我串。
應該寫幾多到？

未寫幾多之前你自己都要做吓工課, 要理解呢份嘅工作範圍, 市場值幾多錢, 同埋考慮自己有幾鐘意呢份工. 我覺得你要真誠咁去比你心目中嘅價錢, 唔好為咗想得到呢位工而特登寫低, 因為你根本唔知人地公司心目中係乜嘢條件, 如果太低; 公司會認為你對自己冇信心, 冇料到. 寫得太低; 公司唔一定覺得係搵到廉價勞工, 就會請你. 我覺得寫自己心目中嘅價錢最好, 人地請唔請就由人地決定. 至於寫幾高就視乎你有幾多料, 有料就唔驚比人串, 人地大你嘅話你都可以用你嘅資歷去支持你嘅要求, 人地請唔起係人地嘅事, 咁當然你要針對人地嘅要求. 比喻人地只不過請 site techologist, 你冇理由話自己有 Ph.D 就要求十萬一個月.

The best way is simply say "Open" - it means that it is opened for negotiation.

1. EIT (In California) does not mean anything until you can get the PE. So officially you are license-less.

Fresh graudate without practical experience (summer intern not counted) can ask for HK$12,000-15,000 per month. Good English +1,000
