Tom has major concentrated on the XX projects. He was responsible for design and evaluates the performance of various mechanical and electronic products; weight options carefully and thoroughly, resolved configuration problems and came up with an implementation plan. Due to the frequency change of design requirements from users and manufacturers, he consistently contributed ideas and skills toward the achievement of various needs. He has demonstrated a high level of dependability and his strong ability to perform works independently and accuracy. I appreciated very much of his effort and contribution made to the projects.

002 pointed out nearly all your "errors", I'm sure he/she is a teacher as the (note) only tell you the mistake and not the answers. I hope you understand you problem with writing is that you've put in too many items in very complex sentence structure. You seems to think you've master this kind of syntex, in fact the basic grammar is wrong in many sub-sentence and some even used wrong words for a meaning.
Anyway, if I were you, I'll simpify the thoughts and form simple sentences.
