1. No, because they are classified into informal unemployment.2. Because getting a good job in the future need high education....
3. Preference shares: The shareholders can't vote at the meeting, the shareholders can get the profits of firms faster than the o,shares.
Ordinary shares: Shareholders can vote and they might not get the profit once the profit is already distibuted!
