Maybe I'm not explaining myself well enough. Ex = your previous girlfriend, so what I want to know is whether there is a word for your previous, previous girlfriend.

no there is not. all ex's are ex's. but if you want to talk about previous ex's you can label them as either your 1st ex, 2nd ex, 3rd ex when talking about either of them

I don't think there is one, just the girlfriend/boyfriend before the last ex..
