You have only two things to do now:

1) Contact HK police and make a case report.

The policemen could helpy you to investigate and to arrest the people who post those warning letters on the wall / board. This action is definitely illegal and has violated our laws.

2) Contact the financial company negotiate for some methods.

They look for money only. If you could promise to pay back the money gradually, I am sure they will stop the action. They also do not want to waste the cost in doing such warning. They just want to have money return the soonest. Contact some large-scaled financial companies for help if possible. Probably your current debter may charge your interest too high. Am I right?
