for the upper equation,
6x - x + 5 > 15
5x > 10
X >2
for the lower equation,
6 - 4 x + 6> 3 - 3x
12-3 > -3x+4x
x<8
for the symbol before it means 'and'
that means when combine the two equation
2 < x < 8
