The echopattern of both breasts is normal.
A well-defind hypoechoic lesion is noted at 2 o'clock of left breast, 4cm from nipple. It measures 0.2cmx0.7cmx0.6cm. Features can be an area of focal fibroadenosis. The retromammary tissue planes are intact.
No dilated ducts noted.
No enlarged axillary lymphadenopthy seen.

兩乳房的 反射圖像( 影像) 是正常的。一個明顯病變是出現在左乳房的2時鐘位置，距離乳頭4厘米。它的形象( 尺寸) 是 0.2cm x 0.7cm x 0.6cm。
它的病徵可能是一個纖維腺瘤增生。
該乳腺後的平面纖維完好無損。
導管沒有發現擴張。
腋下的淋巴結病沒有擴大。
